ℹ️ New workspace experience
This article covers pricing for our new experience, which we're gradually rolling out. If you're still on the old experience, we can generate a UPC for you for $10. Just choose I don't have a code when creating your release before the checkout page. You can also use your own UPC if you already have one.
A UPC/EAN is required per release. If you're on the Pro plan, the UPC is included in your yearly subscription. If you're on the Core plan, we can generate one for $10 – just check the box for "I don't have a code" when creating your release before the checkout page. You can also use your own UPC if you already have one.
Troubleshooting
If you get a validation message saying the format is not correct, we recommend:
To double-check that you are not missing any digits (there should be 12 or 13)
Make sure there are no spaces or other characters than numbers
If you still get errors, you have an invalid code. If so, you have a backup option to let Record Union generate a code for you. Alternatively, you could contact the supplier of the code and request a new one.
An ISRC is required for each track. You are welcome to use your own ISRCs if you have them already. Otherwise, Record Union can generate them for free by leaving the field for ISRC blank.
