In order to distribute music with Record Union, an annual subscription is required. Depending on which of our product plans you choose, the subscription model will vary.

On the Core plan, each release you distribute will have its own individual subscription. On the Pro plan, you pay per workspace. This means that all releases and add-ons within a workspace are gathered under one annual subscription.

On the Core plan, you pay per release. Each release requires its own subscription, which starts when you submit and pay for your release on the Record Union website.

The subscription price depends on the selected music store package, the number of tracks on the release, and potential add-ons. You can find more detailed info about Core pricing here. The initial payment covers one year of distribution to your selected music stores. Your release subscription automatically renews annually, unless you cancel it in advance.

If you cancel your release subscription, the release will be taken down from all music stores on the renewal date, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

On the Pro plan, you pay per workspace. Each workspace has one annual subscription that covers all releases and add-ons in it. The subscription price for a workspace depends on your selected tier, which determines the number of releases you can have in your workspace. You can find more detailed info about Pro pricing here.

To submit your first release, the workspace subscription will have to be activated. The initial payment covers one year of distribution for all releases within the workspace. All our available music stores are included in the Pro plan. Your workspace subscription automatically renews annually, unless you cancel it in advance.
